Welcome, I’m Maura G. DeBor, and I am so glad you are here! I am a Beauty and Special Effects Makeup Artist who has been drawn to the beauty and power of makeup in film/ television, ever since I was a little girl. It doesn’t matter if it’s a perfectly blended smokey eye or a haunting transformation, the artistry of makeup is a powerful tool.

My education includes both a 300 hour Beauty Professional Makeup Artistry certification and a 880 hour Modern Effects Makeup Artistry certification from the Vocational Academy of Makeup and Prosthetics located in Orlando, Florida. I specialize in makeup for editorial shoots, film, television, theater, special events, and weddings!

In my free time I enjoy watching horror movies, cuddles with my siamese Dewey, bartending at a local brewery, reading, getting tattoos, and (painfully) watching Pittsburgh sports!
